Love Alive
Summary
It was a beautiful experience reading this book.
Someone once said, “Family is not an important thing. It’s everything.” I can’t agree more. My family means everything to me; it means everything to everyone. Despite feuds or harsh conversations, it is your family that you remember in times that are unbearable.

Love Alive by Rijuta Gupta is a poignant tale of love and family. It starts with Udita who in her college years falls in love with Ankit. Their relationship grows beautifully until Ankit is drawn away because of work. Insecurities creep in making it all the more difficult to continue. Meanwhile, Nipun and Priya, Udita’s best friends are her constant support. It doesn’t take long for Nipun and Udita to grow a bond and subsequently fall for each other. Ankit fades away, time passes and their family grows. But a call years later has this beautiful family shaken; parentages are questioned and insecurities arise once more.
The story is about unshakable family love. It was very deep and written beautifully. Though I must say it grew a little tiresome at some points. Some unnecessary topics were stretched bit too much. All the characters were lovely. I especially grew fond of Nipun who was such a positive and loving force. I thoroughly enjoyed the overall experience. I wish the author all the very best for her future.
