Summary

How were the rules framed? They were framed based on the parameters. How was Parameter identified and on what authority? Parameters were identified based on the attributes of the Gita. The authority too is derived from God/Gita. Isn’t the identification process obsolete and unscientific? There isn’t anything more scientific than the Gita. Bhagawad Gita

So tell me your favourite quote/line which inspires you the most?

This one is a gargantuan mine of concepts as well as theories related to the teachings of the Bhagvad Gita. A supremely written work, unique in its style of narration, approach as well as a sheer labour of love and research this one depicts the sacred book read by us surely at some point of time in life, but in a completely new style and voice.
Agree with its size, it is a long read but it more than makes up for the sheer amount of length with the absolute mine of enlightenment it provides at each and every step, throughout the book.

The sentiments as well as the complete essence of the Bhagavad have been captured with an honesty and presented in an easy, free flowing manner of narration.

This is a noticeably different read if you have read books pertaining to religious texts of a similar fashion.
It gives the true discourse of the Bhagavad in not the conventional mode, but an immersive, relatable kind of dialogue and part by part break down and explanation of all the concepts related to the Gita.

The conversational style of writing, similar to the original linguistic, makes it engaging. The narrative is explained illustrously, ensuring that each and every smallest detail related to the entire Gita be explained in the simplest yet the most intellectual terms.

It is nostalgic at the same time non contemporary and path breaking in terms of the execution. Take for instance, the complete schematics of writing as it unfolds. In a manner similar to how the original unravelled, this book to follows a similar narrative style.

The writing is a research style based one and the way in which important points are summarized and articulated in all the chapters is a vital quality setting it ahead of many other such works in its arena. Agree there are several other books on the same, however none which explore the semantics and the complete symbiology and scriptures in this modern yet soul stirring rendition by the authors.

For me personally, what also constituted a major takeaway from this one was the bullet point/summarizing as well as tables used throughout. Kind of similar to how I read and make pointers when I want to grasp the key info and preserve it for keeps.

Superb work by Haribakth and Vaishnavi. Go for this one if you want to read upon the Bhagavad gita, in a never before explored manner and style.

A present day version of a timeless semantic scripture.

I would say go for this one if you desire to know not what the traditional aspects of the Bhagavad are, rather delve upon this version of the completely practical yet contemporary in essence version of it.

Superbbb!
